GETTING TO OLD MASON'S YARD

Old Mason's Yard is easily accessible on foot within Cowbridge. From the North at Willow Walk, there is pedestrian access adjacent to the Town Hall car parks and the bus station, and from the South at the bridge over the River Thaw on Cowbridge High Street. Full disabled access is available from both entrances, including the footbridge over the River Thaw.

By Car

The Town Hall car park, which includes disabled parking, lies next door to the North entrance to Old Masons Yard at Willow Walk.

Currently, there is no charge for stays up to 2 hours; stays up to 4 hours incur a charge of £2 whilst parking all day costs £6. 

The large car park at Waitrose (2 hours maximum) is a short walk across the road from the South entrance to Old Masons Yard at Penny Lane, where the High Street crosses the River Thaw. 

Free all day parking can also be enjoyed at the Old Cattle Market, near to the Physic Garden which is approximately a 10 minute walk from Old Mason's Yard.

By Public Transport

Bus links to Cowbridge that terminate at Cowbridge Bus Station will leave you right next to the Willow Walk entrance to Old Masons Yard. Buses that stop on the High Street are a very short walk from the South entrance to Old Masons Yard at Penny Lane, where the High Street crosses the River Thaw.
